[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] After some arguments, Mr.C.Elamurugan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Writ Petition' {hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity} but made a plea to preserve rights of writ petitioner to either file a suit or pursue any other remedy available in law.

2. We find that the captioned WP is bereft of particulars that are imperative. Therefore, as a one-off case, making it clear that this will not serve as precedent, we preserve rights of writ petitioner to come up with another writ petition with better or clearer particulars or pursue a suit or any other other remedy available in law if so advised and so desired.
3. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned WP is disposed of as closed / withdrawn albeit preserving rights of writ petitioner in the aforementioned manner.
