Respondents Prayer :- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from registering any document presented by respondents 4 to 7 or their men and agents from any manner causing an encumbrance in respect of the property comprised in S.No.293/9, 293/9B New S.No.446/6, Durugam Road, Kallakurichi District, of an extent o 544 sq.ft. (1)This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing respondents 1 to 3 not to register any document presented by respondents 4 to 7.

(2)Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the document that was submitted for registration, was initially https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

kept as a pending document and thereafter, it has been refused to be registered because of ''insufficient records''. (3)Recording the statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
