The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondent herein to dispose of his representation dated 11.09.2013 within time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
