ORDER

Mr.M.Rajendiran, who appears for the Thasildar, would have no objection to this Court issuing a mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2021 in respect of issuance of legal heirship certificate. Hence, there is a direction to the sole respondent to hear the petitioner as well as any other party, who may be necessary and pass orders on her representation dated 25.06.2021, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
