ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to transfer patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the petitioner and her sister-in-law.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 5 to 7 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 5 to 7 is dispensed with by this Court.

3. Acording to the petitioner, the 4th respondent, by his proceedings, dated 19.08.2021, has already recommended transfer of patta in favour of the petitioner and her sister-in-law for the subject property. However, the proceedings of the 4th respondent referred to supra is yet to be acted upon by transferring the patta for the subject property in favour of the petitioner and her sister-in-law.

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to consider transfer of patta in favour of the petitioner and her sister-in-law in respect of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the proceedings of the 4th respondent, dated 19.08.2021 and after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 to 7, and any other party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the respective contentions.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's request for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner and her sister-in-law for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the proceedings of the 4th respondent, dated 19.08.2021 and after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 5 to 7 as well as any other party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
