ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.437 of 2016 dated 26.07.2016, and to investigate the same and file a final report

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On the complaint dated 21.06.2016, given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending is CSR.No.437 of 2016 dated 26.07.2016. The dispute is between the petitioner and his brother and it is alleged by the petitioner that his brother abused him when he came to Poonamallee Court for a case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the complaint, this Court directs the respondent Police to call both the parties and conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
