ORDER

This petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the respondent in not complying with the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.4890 of 2018 1/3

dated 08.03.2018 and to direct the respondent to pass a final award as expeditiously as possible.

2. This Court was informed by Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate that pursuant to the order of this Court in W.P.No.4890 of 2018, an award has been passed on 09.10.2019 and a copy of the same is produced before the Court.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives and the contempt petition is closed. There is no embargo on the petitioners to challenge the award passed, if the petitioners are not satisfied with the quantum as determined in the award. No costs.
