ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the request of the petitioner seeking recognition for co-education, came to be rejected, by the proceedings dated 25.09.2009 in Na.Ka.No.49874/G1/E1/2009 issued by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the first respondent, which is under challenge in WP.No.2260 of 2010 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
