Heard both sides.

2.The learned counsel for petitioners filed a memo before this Court, after serving copies to the respondent counsel, the last portion of the memo reads as follows :- "The revision petitioner further submits that against the dismissal of Crl.MP.No.296 of 2015 in CC.No.2213 of 2013 the petitioner file this revision and they are undertake to file plead guilty through their Advocate before the Hon'ble II Metropolitan https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate Court at Egmore."

3.In view of the memo filed by the petitioner and also the petitioner is willing to admit and pray guilty before the trial Court, the order of the trial Court in Crl.MP.No.296 of 2015 in CC.No.2215 of 2013 dated 18.12.2015 is set aside and the matter is remitted back to trial Court for disposal and the trial Court is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observation, the criminal revision is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
