President of a Welfare Association, which is a writ petitioner in the captioned main writ petition one Mr.Rajendran, S/o.Mr.Narayanaswamy has filed captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' (hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity) with a prayer to implead himself as second writ petitioner.

2. Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel for WMP petitioner submits that the WMP petitioner is personally affected qua the subject matter and therefore he seeks to implead him.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of the matter and other attendant circumstances including the manner in which WMP petitioner is circumstanced, we accede to the implead prayer.

4. Captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for.
