When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.01.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to list the case on 19.01.2021. On 19.01.2021, Ms.Rohini, learned counsel appeared and undertook to file change of vakalat on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter, the case is listed today (i.e on 29.01.2021). Today, again there is no representation for the petitioner, which shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the case. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
