The wife in the matrimonial dispute has filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking withdrawal of O.P.No.4398 of 2017 pending on the file of the Additional Family Court No.2, Chennai, and to transfer the same to the Sub Court, Gudiyattam, to try along with H.M.O.P.No.115 of 2017.

2. The mediation report dated 20.04.2018 enclosing the Compromise memo of even date entered into between the parties has been filed. The terms and conditions contained in the said compromise memo are as follows :

"(i) DVC No.20 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Gudiyatham is withdrawn by the respondent on 12.04.2018.

(ii) M.C.No.27 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Gudiyatham, is withdrawn by the respondent on 12.04.2018.

(iii) HMOP No.115 of 2018 on the file of Subordinate Judge at Gudiyatham is withdrawn by the respondent on 17.04.2018.

(iv) OP No.4398 of 2017 on the file of II Additional Family Court, Chennai, is withdrawn by the petitioner on 19.04.2018."

4. The above Compromise Memo dated 20.04.2018 shall form part and parcel of this order.

5. Recording the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
