This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order dated 18.03.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.333 of 2024 by the Judicial Magistrate No.II Ponneri and direct the respondent Police to register the FIR for the complaint dated 28.04.2023 lodged by the petitioner.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum. He also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
