Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to pass suitable orders on his representation dated 16.04.2017 seeking for permission to conduct cultural Programme as part of the Sri kali Amman and Lord Sri Gengai Amman Temple Festival to be held on 12.07.2017 at Ananganallur Mottur Village, Ananaganallur Post, Gudiyattam Taluk, Vellore District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of the representation being given to the respondents on 26.04.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 12.07.2017, the respondents have not passed orders till today. 4.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017, by order dated 03.03.2017, in similar circumstances, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner therein and dispose of the same. 5.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 05.07.2017. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
