ORDER

According to the petitioner, she made a representation dated 29.04.2022 to the third respondent to sanction maternity leave for the period from June 2022 to February 2023 with full pay and attendant benefit. The said representation is still pending and no orders have been passed.

2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has produced all the relevant records. Therefore, the said representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this court is inclined to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2022, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
