This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 11.09.2015 and C.No.2152/CCB/Visitors/2015 pending on the file of 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.2152 of 2015 and the same was closed as the dispute is civil in nature.
