ORDER

Learned counsel for the contesting respondents (Respondents 1 and 2) submits that they do not have any objection for transferring the case to the Court of Principal Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is also prepared to have an order of transfer of A.S.No.38 of 2014 from the Sub-Court, Chidambaram to the Court of Principal Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai. counsel appearing for the contesting parties.

2. Endorsement is recorded, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed based the endorsement and A.S.No.38 of 2014 pending on the file of Sub-Court, Chidambaram is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Court of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai shall hear and dispose of the appeal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the records. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
