Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 03.06.2015 for issuing Chief Minister Common Relief Fund, in accordance with law, within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner's son is said to have died on 06.10.2014 by falling into a Well. It is the petitioner's case that though a sum of Rs.1 lakh was ordered from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund, the same has not been paid to the petitioner even after eight months lapsed from 7.10.2014 being the date of his petition to respondentsauthorities. Subsequently, the petitioner has sent a representation, dated 03.06.2015 to the respondents, and since no action has been taken on the same, he has filed this Writ Petition. Without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent-District Collector to pass orders on the above said representation, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any aggrieved parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or within a period of four weeks from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
