This petition is filed to condone the delay of 142 days in preferring an appeal as against the final award dated 09.04.2019, passed in MCOP.No.1181 of 2015, by the learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Principal Sub Court, Tiruppur.

2.The claimants have been served. Second respondent is the owner of the vehicle who chose not to participate in the proceedings before the Tribunal.

3.Heard. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.55306 of 2020, if the papers are otherwise in order.
