Claiming to be the owner of the property situated in Village No.184, Periyar Venmani Village, Punjai-Survey Nos.247/1, 247/5G, 246 Grama Natham, Old No.247/4, New Survey No.335/1, 2, 3, 5 and 336/2, 44 cents, totalling an extent of 1 acre 29 cents, the petitioner made a representation dated 19.03.2015 to the Chief Minister's Special Cell, seeking for issuance of patta for the said lands, and since no action has been taken on the same, she has filed this Writ Petition. Without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to produce a copy of the said representation to the respondents, and the second respondent-RDO shall pass appropriate orders on the above said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and aggrieved parties if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a copy of the said representation along with a copy of this order, by the petitioner, as directed above.
