This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 112 days in representing the above CMA.SR.No.155828 of 2024 as against the final award passed in MCOP.No.104 of 2019, by the learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Subordinate Court (FAC), Uthangarai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the above CMA.SR.No.155828 of 2024 is condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
