When the matter was taken up for hearing, the petitioner in person appeared before this Court and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. In this regard, he has submitted an affidavit dated 24.06.2024 and also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. Considering the affidavit dated 24.06.2024 and an endorsement made by the petitioner in person, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
