The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 498A, 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry in Crime No.not known of 2021 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.

The matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays to grant liberty to the petitioner to produce necessary documents to prove his innocence in the order dated 07.07.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.11538 of 2021. Accordingly, he prayed for appropriate orders.

3.Considering the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Registry is directed to add the following at the end of paragraph no.3 of the order dated 07.07.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.11538 of 2021:

"Liberty is granted to the petitioner to produce necessary documents before the law enforcing agency to prove his innocence."
