Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of F.C.O.P.No.565 of 2015 on the file of Family Court II, Chennai, to the file of Family Court, Puducherry.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondent.

3. The respondent/husband has filed F.C.O.P.No.565 of 2015 on the file of Family Court II, Chennai, seeking restitution of conjugal rights. Petitioner, who is unemployed, is residing with her mother at Puducherry and hence, she finds it difficult to travel to Chennai to attend the hearing of the case. Therefore, petitioner seeks transfer.

4. Considering the submissions made, this Court directs transfer of F.C.O.P.No.565 of 2015 on the file of Family Court II, Chennai, to the file of Family Court, Puducherry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, accordingly, is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
