Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate actions for safeguard natural resources in Tamil Nadu by bringing Rules and Regulations for arrest the illegal quarry operations and illegal transport of minerals from Tamil Nadu to Kerala and Karnataka and other States and constitute the Vigilance Committee to look over the above said aspects by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 29.04.2022 and 19.05.2022.
