ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order 02.06.2022 passed in W.P.No.5995 of 2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent/Contemnor submitted that as against the order 02.06.2022, the respondent / contemnor preferred writ appeal and obtained an interim order dated 03.08.2023.

3. In view of the submission made by learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents/Contemnors, this Court is of the view that there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent / contemnor.
