2. The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff brought to the notice of this Court that this Court has not directed refund of Court fees.

3. From the perusal of the judgment dated 26.06.2025, it could be seen that the Court had not directed refund of Court fees.

4. Hence, the following shall be appended to the order made in C.S.No.156 of 2024 dated 26.06.2025 as paragraph 4: "Registry is directed to refund the Court fee as applicable in the name of the plaintiff."
