This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records pertaining to the FIR No.184 of 2012 dated 14.04.2012 on the file of the Magudanchavadi Police Station and quash the same. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.184 of 2012 has been completed and final report has been filed in C.C.No.179 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankagiri against the petitioner.
