This application is filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to execute the bond in Letters of Administration of Will in O.P.No.698 of 2008, dated 29.10.2009.

2. It is averred in the application by the 1st petitioner that on 05.04.2024 she had come to Chennai along with other petitioners for the purpose of execution of bond. As she was not in good health, they were not in a position to execute the bond.

Hence this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit, two weeks time is further extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to execute the bond in Letters of Administration of Will, as ordered in O.P.No.698 of 2008 dated 29.10.2009.
