This application has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking to restrain the first respondent from dealing or alienating the property which has been described in the schedule to the application.

2. However in Arb.O.P.No.18 of 2024, an arbitrator has been appointed to examine the disputes between the petitioner and the first respondent.

Therefore, this application stands closed. But however, giving liberty to either party to move appropriate application as permitted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act before the Arbitration Tribunal for any interim relief.

3. With these observation, this application stands closed.
