Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. To modify the condition furnishing the instead of surety release the petitioner on his own bond imposed by this Court dated 23.01.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.752 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.NO.33989 of 2019 in Crime No.455 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners had filed bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.33989 of 2019 and this Court, by order dated 19.12.2019, released the petitioners on conditions that the petitioners should execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- each and they should be the local sureties. He would submit that since the petitioners are from Thiruvallur
District, they were unable to execute local sureties and they have filed Crl.M.P.Nos.751 and 752 of 2020 and this Court, by order dated 23.01.2020 modified the condition to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- each, and the sureties shall be blood relative sureties. He would further submit that despite the order being granted on 23.01.2020, the petitioners were unable to execute the sureties before the concerned Court since the Courts were closed for lockdown due to Corona pandamic and they are still confined in (*)Central Prison, Vellore. He would further submit that if the petitioners are directed to be released on own bond, they shall arrange sureties within specific period. He also submitted the connected matter in Crl.M.P.No.4276 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33988 of 2019 and Crl.M.P.No.
4311 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33997 of 2019 is ordered. He would further submit that the petitioners are arrayed as accused in Cr.No.457 of 2019 registered by Mel Chengam police Station, Cr.No.455 registered by the Thanipadi Police Station and Cr.No.407 registered Kalaspakkam Police Station.
2. Taking into consideration the fact of the case and the submission made by the counsel, the petitioners shall be released on own bond and thereafter, within a period of two weeks from the date of release of lockdown or opening of the Court whichever is earlier, they shall produce blood relative sureties with a further condition that the petitioners shall report before Gumudipoondi Police Station, every day. The other conditions imposed by the concerned Court shall remain intact.
