Being satisfied with the averments in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for substituted service by way of paper publication in relation to the fourth respondent, the same is ordered.

The petitioner is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of Tamil daily "Dina Bhoomi" having wide circulation in the area where the fourth respondent is situated, indicating the date of hearing as 19.6.2019. List on 19.6.2019.
