Writ Petition No.24359 of 2015 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to cancel the erroneous patta issued in the name of Govindaraj Reddy in S.No.266, T.S.No.45, Kannadapalayam Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District and issue patta to the petitioner in respect of the above mentioned land in his occupation to an extent of 1295 Sq.Ft. by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2015.
Writ Petition No.24360 of 2015 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to cancel the erroneous patta issued in the name of Govindaraj Reddy in S.No.266, T.S.No.45, Kannadapalayam Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District and issue patta to the petitioner in respect of the above mentioned land in his occupation to an extent of 880 Sq.Ft. by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2015.
Writ Petition No.24361 of 2015 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to cancel the erroneous patta issued in the name of Govindaraj Reddy in S.No.266, T.S.No.45, Kannadapalayam Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District and issue patta to the petitioner in respect of the above mentioned land in his occupation to an extent of 666 Sq.Ft. by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2015.

ORDER
It is the specific case of the petitioners that they are in possession and enjoyment of their lands, namely in S.No.266, T.S.No.45, Kannadapalayam Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District, of an extent of 1060 Sq.Ft., 1295 Sq.Ft., 880 Sq.Ft. and 666 Sq.Ft. (of the respective writ petitioners). According to them, the pattas have been wrongly issued in the name of the fourth respondent and hence, each of the writ petitioners have filed detailed representations dated 16.07.2015, 16.07.2015, 17.07.2015 and 16.07.2015 respectively, for cancellation of the pattas issued in favour of the fourth respondent. As no orders are passed on the said representations, they have filed the present Writ Petitions.
