ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, who is the plaintiff in O.S.No.98 of 2018 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, filed for declaration, mandatory injunction and permanent injunction, has come forward to file this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 restraining the respondents 4 to 8 from putting up unauthorised construction on the premise that the said construction is unauthorised and illegal.
2.We are not inclined to entertain this writ petition for the simple reason that the petitioner has filed a suit, in which, the respondents 1, 2 and 4 to 8 herein are parties. If the petitioner has got any grievance, he can very well seek appropriate relief in the pending suit. Liberty is also given to the petitioner to implead the second respondent before us as a party defendant.
3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
