ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police twice a month on Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2031 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.26794 of 2024 dated 07.02.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the second petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the first petitioner has not been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the second petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26794 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.Nos.17060 of 2024 & 2031 of 2025 dated 4.12.2024 and 07.02.2025 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered insofar as the second petitioner concerned.
5. Since the first petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2031 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.26794 of 2024 dated 07.02.2025, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
