ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus, seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2022, within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has given the aforementioned representation to the respondents, not to erect the pole in the pathway.

3. The learned standing counsel for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that as of now, there is no proposal to erect a pole in the pathway as apprehended by the petitioner in his representation dated 05.05.2022.

4. Since an electric pole is not going to be erected as apprehended by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by recording the statement made by the learned standing counsel for the respondents. No costs.
