2. The endorsement is recorded and the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.51/2014 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Kancheepuram and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
