O R D E R

This transfer petition is filed to withdraw the case H.M.O.P.No.32 of 2015 on the file of Sub-Court, Dharapuram, Tiruppur District to transfer the same to Subordinate Court, Perundurai, Erode District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in transferring the case in HMOP No.32 of 2015 pending on the file of Sub Court, Dharapuram, Tiruppur to Sub Court, Perundurai and seeks for speedy disposal of the case. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.32 of 2015 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Dharapuram, Tiruppur to Sub Court, Perundurai. The Presiding Officer, Sub Court, Dharapuram, Tiruppur is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.32 of 2015 to the file of the Sub Court, Perundurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the records, the Presiding Officer, Sub Court, Perundurai is directed to dispose of case, as expeditiously as possible, not later than six months from the date of receipt of case bundles.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
