ORDER

The wife has come forward with this petition before this Court seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.330 of 2014 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram to the file of the Family Court, Villupuram District.

2.Heard Mr.M.Murali, learned counsel for the petitioner/wife and Mr.Gnanasekar, learned counsel for the respondent/husband. 3.Though the learned counsel for the respondent would oppose this petition on the ground that if the case in H.M.O.P.No.330 of 2014 is tried before the Family Court, Villupuram which is the home town of the petitioner, there may not be any safety for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, considering the fact that the petitioner as well as the respondent are living in Villupuram District and the fact that the petitioner is living with her parents along with 2 1⁄2 years old child, it is difficult for her to travel all the way from Villupuram to Tambaram to attend the hearings of the said case. Interest of justice requires to transfer the above case in H.M.O.P.No.330 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram to the file of the Family Court, Villupuram.

4.In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of and the case in H.M.O.P.No.330 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram is transferred to the file of the Family Court, Villupuram. The transferor Court is directed to transmit the papers pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.330 of 2014 to the file of the transferee Court forthwith. No costs.
