O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.09.2014 and investigate expeditiously.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Earlier, this matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre by order dated 22.09.2014 by this Court. A failure report dated 27.04.2015 has been received from the Mediation Centre.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.660 of 2014 and the allegation relates to land grabbing.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
