This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.2 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent-Police.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.2 of 2023, Referred Charge Sheet vide R.C.S.No.9 of 2023 was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpattu on 30.11.2023.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
