Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to Certificate of Sale dated 30.11.2022 issued by the first respondent in favour of the third respondent and quash the same. For the Petitioner :

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Senthilnathan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that after the Writ Petition was filed, the bank has returned back the money to the auction purchaser and has also invited the petitioner for one-time settlement.

3. In the light of that, nothing would survive for adjudication in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.17209 and 17210 of 2023 are closed.
