ORDER

The wife has come before this Court seeking transfer of I.D.O.P.No.96 of 2014 filed by the petitioner before the District Court filed by the respondent selection Court for divorce to the file of District Judge, Namakkal, whose jurisdiction, the petitioner is living.

Both the parties appeared before this Court. This Court tried to conciliate them, but they have not compromised. 3.

Taking into consideration of distance between Krishnagiri and Namakkal and also convenience of both the parties, it is appropriate to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.96 of 2014 from the file of the Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Salem.

Accordingly the petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently the connected M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
