ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 208 days in filing the Appeal against the judgment passed in Spl.S.C.No. 44 of 2023, dated 23.06.2025 on the file of the learned Principal Special Court of Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Upon being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
