ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.109 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram.
2. It is submitted that, Pending Criminal Original Petition, the defacto complainant and the petitioner has amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise.
3. Today, the defacto complainant and the petitioner is personally present before this Court and they have been identified by their counsel on record. The counsel for the parties have submitted the photo copies of the parties in respect of their Identity Cards viz., A.Muthu Anumandan - https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Aadhaar No.480214599314, A.Kalavathy - Aadhaar No.705056550732, K.Arumugham - Aadhaar No.862202440114, D.Maheshwaran - Aadhaar No.579741122303 and G.Prema - Voter ID No.RTO2554855 and after verification of the original cards, the same were also recorded.
4. Today, an Affidavit dated 20.02.2018 was also filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant to the effect that he has no objection to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.109 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram.
5. Recording the same, the proceedings in C.C.No.109 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
