Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate legal actions against the 2nd and 3rd respondents for misusing the public fund for the welfare of a private party, i.e., the 5th respondent and consequently direct the 4th and 5th respondents to repay the illegally sanctioned and benefitted amount of Rs.20 lakhs to the Government exchequer by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2015, based on the new from a Tamil Biweekly 'Nakkeeran', dated May 30 - June 02, 2015.
