This Civil Revision Petition arises out of proceedings under Tamilnadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control), Act 1961.

2. Mr.P.Jagadeesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner / tenant has vacated and handed over possession of the premises long back to the landlord and the landlord is also no more.

3. Recording the said submission, this civil revision petition is dismissed of having become infructuous. It is open to the legal representatives of the respondent / landlord to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

seek withdrawal of any amount that might have been deposited to the credit of the proceedings by the tenant.
