The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

G.CHOCKALINGAM,J., kkd The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement on the petition, which reads as follows:

In the CRP filed against I.A.No.124 of 2013. In the above CRP was infructuous because the previous suit O.S.No.150 of 2008 before Sub Court, Salem was allowed on 16.06.2015. Hence the O.S.No.1073 of 2010 before Principal District Munsif Court, Salem was infructuous.

2. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
