This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register case on the complaints given by the petitioner dated 03.11.2011 and 05.07.2014 and to investigate the same and submit a final report within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On the complaint dated 05.07.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending before the second respondent and that, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating for the enquiry and submitting documents.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent for enquiry and submit all relevant documents and the second respondent is directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
