ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2024 and to direct the 1st respondent to issue necessary ratification/approval as sought for by the 4th and 5th respondents in their letter dated 21/11/2017 sent to the 3rd respondent.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 06.03.2024 with a request to issue necessary ratification/approval as sought for by the 4th and 5th respondents in their letter dated 21/11/2017 sent to the 3rd respondent, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on own merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
